We are three construction workers from the busy streets of Sheffield, with the usual busy family life, kids, work, all the trimmings. We stop all over the country in all villages, towns, cities etc and in some beautiful places. But.. this home you have created is honestly a little piece of heaven, a slice of perfection, truly perfect, we are not used to peace and quiet but loved very minute here. Not massive walkers but walked every evening. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks so much for our stay, all the best!

A lovely week in excellent holiday accommodation. Beautiful scenery, excellent walking and good food. We couldn’t have asked for more. The Pheasant at Neenton – excellent Sunday Roast, and Bill’s Kitchen in Ludlow – fabulous ‘meal in a bowl’ at lunchtime.

A really magical place to stay. A five star experience. So beautifully decorated with great attention to both style and comfort. The views right from the front door are stunning. We stayed it our two teenage daughters. A luxury place that looks like something out of a movie set. Really very charming and ideal for walks in wellies and hot chocolate in front of the gorgeous fire place. Host were so responsive and friendly. Thank you.

Cosy Cottage only 15 min from Ludlow, would recommend.

Our first time staying in this beautifully converted chapel and exploring the Shropshire countryside. We had a wonderful time walking up Brown Clee Hill and the Long Mynd, as well as our visit to Ironbridge. The cottage was very comfortable and very well equipped. The chapel is beautifully converted and has all you need. Nice beds, great shower, well equipped kitchen. Friendly neighbours. Jonathan left very detailed instructions so everything went well. Perfectly located to explore the stunning Shropshire hills.

Loved this quaint spot with lovely walks straight from the chapel. Spent a day at the Tenbury Show, one of the best agricultural shows we have been to. Highly recommend Ludlow too. Wish we could have stayed longer – so much more to see in Shropshire.

We’ve had a great week – mixed weather but planned around it. Fans [in the chapel] v welcome as we got really hot. Also loved the front door and key! Would love to know the history of the building [we’ll be adding this shortly – it is very interesting!].

Enjoyed immensely our stay at St Milburga Chapel – spotlessly clean and comfortable, and such a tranquil location. We took the opportunity to tour (by car and on foot) a beautiful area, which was new to us. Stokesay Castle is a gem, as were the pretty villages of Clun, Bishops Castle and (further afield) Tenbury Wells. It’s well worth calling in at the SIlent Hills Discovery Centre at Craven Arms, too. Thank you for accommodating us – DIOLCH YN FAWR! The Hopwoods.

Beautiful spot, perfect for travel into Ludlow, gorgeous place , great for couples, friends or families. Visited here with friends for a relaxing weekend away, wow! What a beautiful spot, in the middle of the countryside with gorgeous views but very close to Ludlow, 15 mins in the car. The chapel is beautiful, has everything you need, the shower in the bathroom is INCREDIBLE!! Beds are very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything , even leaving little treats in the freezer 🥰 we were able to buy shopping in and it had everything needed for storing and cooking food. We also visited Ludlow which had a gorgeous market! Will certainly be back!

Amazing lovely cottage, quiet location – stayed here with three friends for a relaxing weekend walking, shopping, eating and drinking. Perfect location, quiet hamlet, ideally situated for a trip into Ludlow. Cottage had everything we could need (and more) and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Can’t wait for our next visit!

A lovely cosy cottage and well equipped. Ludlow and National Trust properties are within easy reach. We had a nice meal at the Chang Thai restaurant in Ludlow. We hope to come again later in the year.
